People with entrepreneurial skills and mindset have a great role in stirring the economy meeting financial, social, humanitarian needs by taking risks, especially when there is uncertainty. It vital to take every action stimulate potential of society, promote culture, more people an skills. One these actions giving education, young. On other hand, are chances some sectors for entrepreneurs be successful. Maritime one these, its fast development, involvement from different backgrounds cultures all parts world, multinational, multicultural, multiregional character terms stakeholders. These points make education maritime schools important issue. In this research, given universities, which referred as "Blue Universities," was looked into, strong weak sides were investigated, recommendations development given.
